Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little ones to love your Loog guitar, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in the box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your Loog guitar in its original box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
